Electronic Arts has some exciting updates: they’ve revealed that the much-loved EA Sports FC and Madden NFL are currently being developed for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2. This announcement was part of the latest Nintendo Direct presentation focusing on the new console.
The folks over at EA Sports shared their enthusiasm, saying, “We’re thrilled to unite fans around the globe on both the pitch and the gridiron. We’re proud to let you know that EA Sports FC will find its way to Nintendo Switch 2.” They also mentioned that Madden NFL will be making its debut on the new Nintendo platform.
While it’s likely that the versions we’re talking about are EA Sports FC 26 and Madden NFL, the details are still pretty sparse at this moment.
What we do know, though, is that these games are set for both physical release and digital download on the Nintendo eShop for the Nintendo Switch worldwide in 2025.
