Alright gamers, here’s the scoop: This season in Apex Legends is all about you, the community. Your favorite content creators are stepping up to lead some epic challenges and competitions. We call these trailblazers our Creator Commissioners, blending their personal Apex experiences into challenges that offer fresh rewards and unique items. Plus, with new shops packed with essential gear, your Arsenals are ready to dominate the battlefield right away. Expect some exciting Legend updates and daring meta shifts. And don’t forget, we’re also celebrating our Anniversary Event, featuring community-built content and the premiere of the Mythic R-301. Mark your calendar—Apex Legends: Takeover drops on February 11.

Creator Commissioners

The Creator Commissioners are here to shake things up! Over the next few weeks, each commissioner will captivate us with their unique challenges. Expect a mix of returning favorite modes and surprising new rewards. During the first week, team up with fellow players to tackle Community challenges. The more you complete, the more Apex Packs you can score in the following week.

When week two rolls around, it’s time to earn those coveted rewards. Tackle five individual challenges to unlock a Legendary weapon skin chosen by the creator and get those Apex Packs from week one. Just a heads-up: week one participation doesn’t automatically secure you week two rewards, so make sure you join the fray during both weeks!

Creator Commissioners and Their Legendary Choices

From February 25 to March 10, 2025, Ninjayla brings the Legendary Wingman’s Death Ray.

Then, from March 11 to 24, 2025, Oraxe introduces the Kraber’s The Pioneer.

April 1 to 14, 2025, features Apryze with Mastiff’s Bone Breaker.

Finally, from April 15 to 28, 2025, Kaminari Kyupi presents Mastiff’s Tombstick.

Arsenals

Arsenals are the new, must-have addition to your Battle Royale experience, giving you straightforward access to weapons and ammo of your choice. These stations are sprinkled across all maps at set locations, though the ammo type will change every match.

You can enhance a weapon at these Arsenals too. Just match the weapon’s ammo type to the station, boost it for upgraded attachments, and even snag an optic if yours is lacking. Each reset bumps up the Arsenal’s potency, giving you another shot at enhancing your gear with more firepower. Plus, post-reset, there’ll be loads more ammo.

Meta Changes

This season is all about shaking things up, and the fresh meta updates are proof! Weapon classes are getting a revamp to hold their own against Assault Rifles. With reduced time-to-kill—a result of adjustments to weapons, Armor, Helmets, and headshot multipliers—the combat will be tight. Legends aren’t left behind either. The Assault class is getting some neat perks, and characters like Ash and Ballistic are under the spotlight with impactful changes. We’ve refined regen items too, keeping fights thrilling and intense.

Legend Spotlight Passes

Dive into challenges with the new Legend Spotlight Pass, honing your skills with a potentially new Legend. Progress through twenty levels while reaping rewards, culminating in an exclusive Legendary skin pack. Rights to these passes are available to buy each season in the in-game store, and they’ll even unlock the Legend if you haven’t done so already.
